Instructor: Liz Flyntz and guests
This is no ordinary cooking class. As Craigardan's Culinary Artist-in-Residence, Liz Flyntz is focusing on the cooking and consumption based portion of her research into the larger phenomena of food and hormonal health. This six-week course will be a deeper exploration into food-related hormone disruption and management. Participants will play a vital role in Liz's research, from learning to build a smoker to preparing the ingredients for 'feminizing' and 'masculinizing' meals. A wide range of ingredients will be tasted and prepared and dinner will be shared each evening. Participants are expected to come with a sense of curiosity, adventure, and a strong appetite.
$120 per person for all six weeks, or $25 per class. includes all tools, instruction and meals
